2，6－双（1′－苯基－3′－甲基－5′－氧代－4′－甲酰吡唑）吡啶稀土配合物的合成与表征

在乙醇－水溶液中合成了１４种２，６－双（１′－苯基－３′－甲基－５＇－氧代－４＇－甲酰吡唑）吡啶稀土配合物。元素分析确定其化学组成为ＲＥ＿２Ｌ＿３·ｎＨ＿２Ｏ，并用紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、热分析、荧光光谱、摩尔电导等进行了表征。     

Vibrational spectra and structure of zirconium and hafnium cyclopentadienyl hydrides

Raman and IR spectra (4000-50 cm^–1) of solid cyclopentadienyl zirconium and hafnium hydrides Cp₂MH₂, Cp₂MD₂, Cp₂Zr(H)X, and Cp₂Zr(D)X (Cp = ⁵-C₅H₅; M = Zr, Hf; X = Cl, Br) have been studied. The vibrational modes of MH groups, Cp-rings, and metal-ligand bonds are discussed and the band assignments are proposed. In the solid state, these complexes form polymers with linear hydride bridges of the M-H-M type. Geometry,stability and aromaticity of β-diketiminate-coordinated alkaline-earth compounds

Alkaline-earth (Ae) metals have attracted a wealth of interdependent research from synthetic chemists. In Ae-catalyzed organometallic reactions, β-diketiminate is a typical ligand used to stabilize Ae catalysts by forming six-membered rings comprising Ae metals. Herein, studies focusing on the configuration of β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds observed that the CC and CN bonds are homogeneous and unchanged. Furthermore, energetic studies observed that the formation of the Ae-incorporated six-membered rings results in enhanced stability of >20 kcal/mol. The nucleus-independent chemical shifts, anisotropy of the induced current density, and molecular orbital analyses demonstrated the non-aromaticity of the β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds. The improved stability of these compounds can be explained by the delocalization of the π electrons derived from the β-diketiminate moiety.     

聚(St-DVB)型整体柱的制备及其对蛋白质的色谱分离性能

苯乙烯(St)为单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,在致孔剂甲苯和十二醇存在下,直接以Ф4.6×50mm色谱柱管为模具,同时在整个反应过程中通过氩气对反应混合物施加一个恒定的压力,通过原位聚合制备了聚(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)(PSD)型整体柱。在聚合过程中对反应混合物施加一定的压力,使制备的整体柱表面光滑无凹痕现象,并且使柱子的两头平整不凹陷,有利于提高柱效。本文对整体柱的孔结构及其对蛋白质的分离性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,整体柱内部含有大量类似渠道的大孔,孔径为2μm~3μm,在流速为5ml/min时,背压为7MPa。而且流速对色谱分离效率的影响小,流速从1ml/min增大到3ml/min时,牛血清白蛋白和溶菌酶这两种蛋白质的总分离效能指标K1的值基本保持不变,保持在3.35左右,说明可以通过提高流速实现蛋白质的快速分离。     

2-苯基-4,5-二(2''''-吡啶基)咪唑的合成

以苯甲醛和1,2-(2'-吡啶基)-乙二酮为原料,用德布斯法合成了未见报道的2-苯基-4,5-二(2'-吡啶基)咪唑,收率31%,其结构经1H NMR, IR和MS表征.     

固相萃取/气相色谱-质谱分析大米中氟草烟残留

试样采用NaOH-甲醇溶液提取,经EASY柱固相萃取净化后,以甲醇为衍生剂,浓硫酸为催化剂,在93~98℃水浴条件下酯化后,以DB-5 MS柱为分离柱,气相色谱-质谱联用测定。试验结果表明,氟草烟质量浓度为0.05~2 mg/L时,与相应的峰面积或丰度成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 6;添加质量浓度为0.050 0~0.200 mg/kg时,回收率为81%~98%,该法检出限为0.01 mg/kg。     

具有生物活性的N-(1-二茂铁亚乙基氨基)-N''-β-D-吡喃糖基硫脲的合成与表征

Several novel N′-[（1-ferrocenylethylidene）amino]-N′-β-D-glycopyranosylthioureas have been efficiently synthesized via a six-step procedure, utilizing three monosaccharides （D-glucose, D-galactose and D-xylose） as starting materials, respectively. They have been preliminarily determined to display biological activity against certain fungi. The target compounds have been unambiguously characterized by spectroscopic method and elemental analysis. An initially alternative synthetic route, which was seemingly reasonable, has been excluded due to its inefficiency.     

Direct analysis of fly ash materials by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry using slurry nebulization

Fly ash samples of cement works were analysed using slurry nebulization inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric (ICP-AES). Because of the influence of the experimental factors on the signal intensity, the optimal conditions of the analysis circumstances were determined. Control analyses (wet digestion followed by ICP-AES, and XRF of dry powders (pressed pellets)) were also carried out to compare the results. Based on the result, it was concluded that the slurry nebulization method using slurry standard of same type reference material for calibration can be applied for rapid but less precise (RSD 5–10%) determination of the elements in fly ash.
